So today we meet Le Mat, or, in this case, shall I say La Folle? This card in some TdM decks is called Le Fou, but in Houdouin’s deck it is Le Mat because his deck is based on a reproduction of Pierre Madeniè’s TdM from 1709 (to read more about Houdouin’s variations, click here.)
Anyhoo. Proof that there are still card-carrying fools in this world.
